Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:














If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a limited number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 2 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINE DATES
(JUNE 12 & JUNE 28TH)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS JUNE 12, 2024. PLEASE NOTE A DEPOSIT OF 40% OF YOUR TOTAL RESERVATION IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. 

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON THE REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE ON JUNE 28, 2024.

IMPORTANT: YOUR DEPOSIT COUNTS AS YOUR RSVP.
YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS
MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.

A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS.
